All privacy-related requests shall be processed exclusively via the above email address.
We collect your device model, iOS system version, current network type, App operation logs, crash logs and de-identified usage behavior data. Such information is mainly used to troubleshoot software faults, ensure compatibility with various Apple devices, iteratively optimize QR code scanning and generation functions, and compile product usage statistics. All statistical data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked to any specific individual user.
We will only obtain your Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) if you actively consent to ad tracking via the iOS ATT authorization pop-up window. If you decline tracking authorization, we will not access or read this identifier. This data is used for ad conversion effect statistics and delivery of personalized advertisements. Once you disable ad tracking permissions on your device, we will immediately stop collecting such data.
The system will only pop up permission requests to access your album and camera when you actively initiate scanning or import QR code images from the album. The App will not silently activate the camera or read gallery contents in the background. QR code images captured by camera or selected from the album are only recognized locally on your device to generate scan records, and will not be automatically uploaded to our servers.
Scan History: All scan records are stored solely on your local device storage and will not be retained by our servers.
Custom QR Code Content: Texts, URLs, Wi-Fi configurations and other information you input to generate QR codes are stored locally only. Our servers will not automatically back up, store or access such content.
If you contact us via email for privacy consultations, fault feedback or suggestions, the email address and text descriptions you provide are only used to respond to and resolve your submitted requests, and will not be used for other purposes.
4.1 All collected personal data shall only be utilized for the corresponding purposes specified in this Policy and will not be processed beyond the stated scope.
4.2 We will not create user profiles based on personal data for targeted marketing without your separate explicit consent. You may disable App push notifications at any time in your mobile system settings.
4.3 We do not actively collect personal information of minors under the age of 16. If we discover minor data submitted without guardian consent, we will permanently and completely delete such data immediately.
5.1 We will never sell or trade any of your personal data to third parties.
5.2 We only transmit necessary desensitized and encrypted data to compliant third-party service providers. Integrated third-party SDKs include Google Firebase Analytics (for crash log and usage event collection), Google AdMob (for ad display), etc. We bind third parties by contractual obligations to implement robust data security protection.
5.3 We will only provide relevant data in accordance with law when requested by local regulatory or judicial authorities through official legal documents.
5.4 Some integrated third-party SDKs (such as Google services) operate servers located outside your territory, which may result in data transfers to the United States. We will execute Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR for such cross-border transfers.
6.1 Local scan records and QR code files: All files are stored on your mobile device and will be automatically erased upon App uninstallation; we maintain no backups whatsoever.
6.2 Device logs and crash data: Anonymized statistical data is retained long-term and cannot be associated with any individual identity.
6.3 Security protections: Data transmissions are routed through encrypted channels, and all third-party service providers maintain compliant security capabilities. We implement access permission control mechanisms to mitigate risks of data breaches.
6.4 In the event of a data breach, we will notify relevant regulatory authorities promptly as required by the GDPR, inform affected users, and implement full remedial measures.
